As an important project of Shenfu Science and Technology Innovation Park, Liaoning Shuangzhi Digital Empowerment Center is jointly built by Shenfu Reform and Innovation Demonstration Zone, Fortune 500 company Hexacon, and China Unicom, aiming to empower enterprises in the province to "transform from intelligent to digital to networked". He fully affirmed the innovation of the empowerment center's service model. Subsequently, he came to Liaoning Tuobang Hongji Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd., which is a national level specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprise specializing in the production of high-purity quartz semiconductor devices. This product is one of the essential consumables in the semiconductor chip manufacturing process. He listened to the introduction of the company's production and operation situation, walked into the production workshop to inspect product research and development, equipment and technology, and had in-depth exchanges with enterprise leaders on order supply, industry prospects, industry trends, etc. Li Lecheng affirmed the good development momentum of the enterprise and hoped to strengthen its main business through innovation, continuously consolidate and shape its leading advantages in the industry, and achieve high-quality development.
